Return Policy
We offer a 2-week free trial for eligible HairBear products. Return requests must be initiated within 2-weeks of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team at hairbearbrand@gmail.com. Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 7 days of the return request confirmation in order to process a refund.
Note: If you have already requested your return within the 2-week free trial, and are just waiting for a response, you are covered.
In order to receive a refund, returns must include the product, all original packaging, instructions, and accessories. All items must be returned and in good, working condition with normal wear and tear.
Returns will be fully inspected upon receipt to ensure good working condition of all components. If any of the components are missing or damaged, the cost of the affected component will be deducted from your refund.
Process for UAE based returns:
Once your return is approved, you may either ship the items to our warehouse address [see below] at no extra charge or opt for a pickup service from your location, which may incur a small pick up fee depending on your location. Our customer support team will inform you of any fees on email when scheduling your pick up. Please make sure your package is sealed and includes your order details to allow for quick and efficient processing. If you choose our collection service, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time and date for you.
We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect your returned items. At that time, we will also update you on the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and can take up to 7-14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Should you prefer an exchange over a refund, please indicate this when initiating your return request on email. We will do our best to accommodate your preference, subject to item availability. In cases where the requested product is not in stock, we will proceed with a refund.
Process for International based returns:
For international orders, those with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return. Additionally, we cannot provide free return labels for international clients. International return shipping fees are not covered by HairBear. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our warehouse location and sending us the tracking information.

Damaged in Transit/Missing Items
Orders that are damaged in transit with components that are missing are replaceable under the following conditions:
- Photos of the torn, damaged shipping package are provided
- Photos of the shipping label are provided
- Photos of the remaining items received are provided
