Same Day Delivery:
- Dubai: Order before 12 PM
- Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & Ajman: Order before 10:30 AM
Next Day Delivery:
- All Emirates: Order before 4 PM
GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, etc.): Estimated 3–5 business days.
International / Rest of the World (via DHL Express): Estimated 4–5 business days (varies by destination).

Once your order is placed, the shipping company will contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule delivery or provide tracking information. All tracking details will be sent directly from the courier company.
Check-out & Payment
Although our website displays prices in your local currency for convenience, all payments are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). You will be charged the AED amount at the current exchange rate set by your card issuer or payment provider. The final charge in your local currency should closely match the price displayed on our site, barring minor variations due to daily exchange rate fluctuations and any fees your bank might apply.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within the same day or the next working day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
